Requirements From Applicant

  1. Passport valid for at least 6 (six) months.
  2. Personal bank statement with minimum amount USD $2000 or equivalent the last 3 months period. 
  3. Recent photograph.
  4. Bank account that proves income in the form of salary or income worth at least US$60,000 per year. 
  5. Employment contract with a company established outside the Indonesian Territory.
